How the 5% fee works

VaultMart charges a 5% platform fee on every completed transaction. This is deducted from the vendor payout — buyers always pay the listed price with no hidden charges. The fee covers escrow management, fraud protection, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance.

Example: Buyer pays ₦100,000 → Escrow holds ₦100,000 → After delivery confirmed: Vendor receives ₦95,000 · VaultMart fee ₦5,000
