Find products, browse listings, and message the seller before paying anything. Ask questions, negotiate price, and verify the item is exactly what you need.
When you are ready to buy, your payment goes to VaultMart's secure escrow account — not the seller. The seller cannot touch the money until you confirm delivery.
Once escrow is confirmed, the seller is notified to ship. You can choose your preferred logistics provider or arrange self-delivery with the seller.
Received your item and satisfied? Confirm delivery on your order page. Funds are released to the seller instantly. Have a problem? Raise a dispute instead.
Once the seller marks your order as delivered, you have 48 hours to confirm or raise a dispute. If you take no action, funds auto-release to the seller. This protects sellers from indefinite holds while keeping buyers in control.
If the item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described — do NOT confirm delivery. Raise a dispute from your order page. Our admin team reviews evidence from both sides and mediates within 48 hours.
Sign up as a vendor, complete KYC (NIN + BVN), and set up your store page. Admin reviews your application within 24–48 hours.
Add products with photos, price, condition, and delivery zones. Your listings go live immediately after store approval.
When the buyer confirms delivery (or after 48h auto-release), your earnings minus the 5% platform fee are credited to your VaultMart wallet. Withdraw anytime.
