How escrow protection works

You pay VaultMart, not the seller
Your payment goes into a VaultMart-held escrow account. The seller never receives it until you confirm delivery. They cannot run away with your money.

Admin verifies your payment
Our team confirms your transfer within 1 hour and activates escrow. The seller is notified to ship immediately.

You inspect your delivery
When your item arrives, you have 48 hours to confirm delivery. Do not confirm until you are satisfied. If something is wrong, raise a dispute.

Dispute resolution within 48 hours
If there is a problem, raise a dispute in the order chat. VaultMart admin reviews evidence from both sides and decides within 48 hours. We can refund you fully, partially, or release to the vendor — based on evidence.
